Sudoku Journey does not require an account. Game progress and preferences are stored on the device. The free version may use Google AdMob for advertising, and an optional one-time Google Play purchase removes normal ads.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Sudoku Journey Android application, package com.sudokujourney.android (the “App”). It explains what information is handled by the App, why it is handled, and the choices available to users.

2. Information stored locally

The App stores the following information locally on the device so its features work:

• saved Sudoku puzzles, elapsed time and gameplay state;
• Journey progress, unlocked content, album progress and statistics;
• audio and gameplay preferences;
• advertising display cadence; and
• a limited cached Remove Ads entitlement used to avoid showing ads while Google Play ownership is being restored.

The developer does not operate an account system and does not directly request a user's name, postal address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location through the App. Depending on Android and the user's device settings, local application data may be included in Android's system backup service.

3. Advertising

The free version may display banner and interstitial advertising through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device and advertising identifiers, general device information, ad interactions and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure and improve ads. The precise data processed depends on the user's region, device settings and consent choices.

Where required, the App requests or refreshes advertising consent before requesting eligible ads and provides access to privacy and cookie choices. Purchasing Remove Ads stops the App from requesting or displaying normal banner and interstitial ads. It does not change information independently processed by Google Play for the purchase itself.

4. Google Play Billing

The optional lifetime Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play. Google handles payment details. The App receives limited purchase information, such as the product, purchase state and purchase token, as necessary to verify ownership, acknowledge the transaction and restore the entitlement. The App does not receive or store full credit card or bank account details. The purchase is not consumed and is intended to remain associated with the owning Google account, subject to Google Play's rules and availability.

5. Sharing and sale of information

The developer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google through Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Android backup and Google AdMob as described above. No separate third-party analytics or production crash-reporting service is currently used by the App.

6. Retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until it is cleared from the App's Settings, cleared through Android system settings, or the App is uninstalled. An uninstall or system-level clear removes local App data, subject to any Android backup configured by the user. Google Play purchase records and information processed by Google are controlled by Google and the user's Google account settings. A valid Remove Ads purchase may be restored after reinstalling the App.

7. User choices

• Use the App's Settings to clear saved puzzles, Journey progress, album data and statistics.
• Use Android settings to clear all local App storage or uninstall the App.
• Use “Privacy and cookie settings” in the App when shown to review available advertising choices.
• Use Google account and Android privacy settings to manage Google-controlled data.
• Purchase Remove Ads to stop normal ads from being requested and displayed by the App.

8. Children

The App does not knowingly ask children to submit names, contact details or precise location. Advertising configuration and consent treatment must follow the target audience selections made for the App in Google Play and AdMob. A parent or guardian may clear all locally stored data using Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

9. Security

The App limits its own storage to information needed for gameplay, settings, advertising cadence and purchase entitlement. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and third-party processing is governed by the security practices of the relevant provider.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App's features, service providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.

1. Πεδίο εφαρμογής

2. Πληροφορίες που αποθηκεύονται τοπικά

Για τη λειτουργία της, η Εφαρμογή αποθηκεύει τοπικά στη συσκευή:

• αποθηκευμένα Sudoku, χρόνο και κατάσταση παιχνιδιού,
• πρόοδο Journey, ξεκλειδωμένο περιεχόμενο, πρόοδο album και στατιστικά,
• ρυθμίσεις ήχου και παιχνιδιού,
• μετρητή συχνότητας εμφάνισης διαφημίσεων και
• μια περιορισμένη προσωρινή ένδειξη δικαιώματος Remove Ads, ώστε να αποφεύγεται η προβολή διαφημίσεων όσο αποκαθίσταται η ιδιοκτησία από το Google Play.

Ο προγραμματιστής δεν λειτουργεί σύστημα λογαριασμών και η Εφαρμογή δεν ζητά απευθείας όνομα, ταχυδρομική διεύθυνση, επαφές, φωτογραφίες, μικρόφωνο, κάμερα ή ακριβή τοποθεσία. Ανάλογα με τις ρυθμίσεις Android και της συσκευής, τα τοπικά δεδομένα της Εφαρμογής μπορεί να περιλαμβάνονται στην υπηρεσία αντιγράφων ασφαλείας του Android.

3. Διαφημίσεις

Η δωρεάν έκδοση μπορεί να εμφανίζει banner και interstitial διαφημίσεις μέσω του Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Η Google και οι διαφημιστικοί συνεργάτες της μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται πληροφορίες όπως διεύθυνση IP, αναγνωριστικά συσκευής και διαφήμισης, γενικές πληροφορίες συσκευής, αλληλεπιδράσεις με διαφημίσεις και διαγνωστικές πληροφορίες, για την παροχή, μέτρηση, ασφάλεια και βελτίωση των διαφημίσεων. Τα ακριβή δεδομένα εξαρτώνται από την περιοχή, τις ρυθμίσεις της συσκευής και τις επιλογές συγκατάθεσης.

4. Χρεώσεις Google Play

Η προαιρετική μόνιμη αγορά Remove Ads διεκπεραιώνεται από το Google Play. Η Google χειρίζεται τα στοιχεία πληρωμής. Η Εφαρμογή λαμβάνει περιορισμένες πληροφορίες, όπως το προϊόν, την κατάσταση αγοράς και το purchase token, για τον έλεγχο ιδιοκτησίας, την επιβεβαίωση συναλλαγής και την επαναφορά του δικαιώματος. Η Εφαρμογή δεν λαμβάνει ούτε αποθηκεύει πλήρη στοιχεία κάρτας ή τραπεζικού λογαριασμού. Η αγορά δεν καταναλώνεται και προορίζεται να παραμένει συνδεδεμένη με τον Google λογαριασμό του αγοραστή, σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες και τη διαθεσιμότητα του Google Play.

5. Κοινοποίηση και πώληση πληροφοριών

Ο προγραμματιστής δεν πωλεί προσωπικές πληροφορίες. Πληροφορίες μπορεί να υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία από την Google μέσω Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Android backup και Google AdMob, όπως περιγράφεται παραπάνω. Η Εφαρμογή δεν χρησιμοποιεί αυτή τη στιγμή ξεχωριστή υπηρεσία analytics ή production crash reporting τρίτου μέρους.

6. Διατήρηση και διαγραφή

Τα τοπικά δεδομένα παιχνιδιού παραμένουν στη συσκευή μέχρι να διαγραφούν από τις Ρυθμίσεις της Εφαρμογής, από τις ρυθμίσεις Android ή με απεγκατάσταση. Η απεγκατάσταση ή η διαγραφή αποθηκευτικού χώρου αφαιρεί τα τοπικά δεδομένα, με την επιφύλαξη τυχόν Android backup που έχει ρυθμίσει ο χρήστης. Τα αρχεία αγορών Google Play και οι πληροφορίες που επεξεργάζεται η Google ελέγχονται από την Google και τις ρυθμίσεις του Google λογαριασμού. Μια έγκυρη αγορά Remove Ads μπορεί να αποκατασταθεί μετά από επανεγκατάσταση.

7. Επιλογές χρήστη

• Χρήση των Ρυθμίσεων της Εφαρμογής για διαγραφή αποθηκευμένων Sudoku, προόδου Journey, album και στατιστικών.
• Χρήση των ρυθμίσεων Android για πλήρη διαγραφή τοπικών δεδομένων ή απεγκατάσταση.
• Χρήση της επιλογής «Ρυθμίσεις απορρήτου και cookies», όταν εμφανίζεται, για επανεξέταση των διαθέσιμων επιλογών διαφήμισης.
• Χρήση των ρυθμίσεων Google λογαριασμού και Android για δεδομένα που ελέγχονται από την Google.
• Αγορά Remove Ads για να σταματήσουν τα αιτήματα και η εμφάνιση κανονικών διαφημίσεων από την Εφαρμογή.

8. Παιδιά

Η Εφαρμογή δεν ζητά εν γνώσει της από παιδιά να υποβάλουν ονόματα, στοιχεία επικοινωνίας ή ακριβή τοποθεσία. Η διαμόρφωση διαφημίσεων και η συγκατάθεση πρέπει να ακολουθούν τις επιλογές κοινού που έχουν οριστεί για την Εφαρμογή στο Google Play και το AdMob. Γονέας ή κηδεμόνας μπορεί να διαγράψει όλα τα τοπικά δεδομένα μέσω Android ή απεγκατάστασης.

9. Ασφάλεια

Η Εφαρμογή περιορίζει τη δική της αποθήκευση σε πληροφορίες απαραίτητες για παιχνίδι, ρυθμίσεις, συχνότητα διαφημίσεων και δικαίωμα αγοράς. Καμία μέθοδος ηλεκτρονικής αποθήκευσης ή μετάδοσης δεν είναι απόλυτα ασφαλής και η επεξεργασία τρίτων διέπεται από τις πρακτικές ασφαλείας του αντίστοιχου παρόχου.

10. Αλλαγές στην πολιτική

Η πολιτική μπορεί να ενημερώνεται όταν αλλάζουν οι λειτουργίες, οι πάροχοι ή οι νομικές υποχρεώσεις. Η ημερομηνία στην αρχή της σελίδας δείχνει την τελευταία δημοσιευμένη έκδοση.
